Olivier de Pelet joined the Private Equity arm of Crédit Agricole in 1982 to
focus on private equity activities in the agri-foods, cosmetics and pharmaceutical
sectors.
Prior to this, he worked at Lever Industriel as an Engineering Consultant in
the area of agri-foods and as a Product Manager.
Olivier de Pelet graduated from the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon
in Agro-engineering. He also holds a degree in Economics, a DESCF (post-graduate
diploma in accounting and finance) and is a qualified financial analyst (SFAF).

Arnaud Pradier joined the Private Equity arm of Crédit Agricole in 1998 as an
Agri-foods Engineering Consultant and worked on business and industrial audit
assignments.
Since 2000, he has been an Investment Manager in Private Equity, working on specialised
financing deals.
He began his career at Nestlé France in the production management division.
Arnaud Pradier graduated in Agro-Engineering from the Institut National Agronomique
Paris-Grignon and holds both a CESA Finance diploma and a DEA (post-graduate diploma)
in Economics.

Paul Charrin moved back to Idia in January 2008. He started his career in auditing before becoming an investment analyst, first at Banque NSM and then at Banque Worms. He first joined Idia in 1990 as Investment Manager and in 1997 became Investment Director at IDI where he helped to launch the mezzanine financing business and organise the sale of IPBM to General Electric Real Estate France.
Paul Charrin holds a Masters degree in management from Paris IX Dauphine University.

In 2002, Henri Corbel joined the Private Equity arm of Crédit Agricole to focus
on agricultural, land and vineyard investments.
His first assignment within the Crédit Agricole group was in the agricultural
financing sector in 1976.
In 1981 he worked in Company Management, provided financing to companies in the
wine and spirits sector.

Sophie Dano joined Idia in March 2008 as Director in charge of marketing.
She began her career at Crédit Chimique, where she was in charge of relations with foreign banks, and then served as an account officer for corporate
clients at several banks. After acquiring experience in corporate banking and structured finance,
she joined IDI in 1998 as Marketing Manager in charge of Origination of Investment Opportunities.
Sophie Dano holds a postgraduate degree from Institut d’Administration des Entreprises in Paris. |

Nicolas Lambert joined Idia in April 2009 having started out as a banking and investment fund auditor with Deloitte.
In 1999, he joined Carvest, the Crédit Agricole Group’s regional venture capital subsidiary, and in 2002 was appointed Investment Director.
He then joined Siparex in 2007 where he was in charge of the investment business in Italy.

Antonia Lambert-Alcantara joined IDIA in March 2005 to focus on Expansion Capital investments.
She joined Crédit Lyonnais in 1995 as an Engineering Consultant in agri-foods
within the Equity Research department where she worked on agri-food assignments
on behalf of the Group's different business lines.
She began her career at the Permanent Assembly of the French Chambers of Agriculture
as a Special Consultant before moving to Natexis where she carried out research
in the agri-foods sector.
Antonia Lambert-Alcantara graduated from the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon
in Agro-engineering and holds a PhD in Agro-economics.

Catherine Bouchard joined the Crédit Agricole group in 1994 (Uniger and then
Unipar). She was in charge of managing agricultural groups, gradually disposing
of their assets and creating new investment structures. Previously she was Head
of the Legal and Labour Law department at the CNJA (French national centre of
young farmers).
She began her career at Compagnie Boussac Saint Frère as Attaché to the CEO.
Catherine Bouchard holds a DESS (specialised post-graduate diploma) from the IAE Paris with a concentration in Finance and is a graduate of the IHEDREA (Institute
of Rural Law and Agro-economics).

banks and their subsidiaries. He moved back to France in 2003 and joined the Direction
Régionale Entreprise de Paris as a Credit Analyst focusing on corporate banks.
He graduated from the ESSEC business school, majoring in Corporate Finance.
