Jean-Jacques Ricoleau studied as a State scholar in Water and Forestry before becoming agronomics engineer (INA-PG 1981) and earning a graduate degree from elite business school ESSEC. Jean-Jacques Ricoleau was one of the founders of SODICA and became its General Manager in February 2000 and Chairman in 2006. Present at Crédit Agricole since 1990, he spent ten years in the Group’s Capital Development Division (UI), where he took part in developing the Agro-Foods Department. Jean-Jacques Ricoleau began his career in the investment and M&A businesses at IDI France, then at the IDI subsidiary in New York in the 1980s, before joining the Ministry of Agriculture in 1987, in the National Directorate on Foods, in charge of Agro-Food Industries.

Nicolas Rambaud is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies and earned graduate degree in Public Law from University of Paris II. His career began in 1976 at Crédit Commercial de France (CCF). In 1978, he joined Crédit Agricole Group as Agency Director at a Regional Office. From 1981 to 1990, he held a variety of positions at the General Inspections and Audit Department, then moved to the International Division at CREDIT AGRICOLE SA. From 1990 to 2000, he was head of Administrative and Legal Oversight on stakeholding at Union d’Etudes et d’Investissements (UI). Starting in 2001, he became Managing Director of UI GESTION SA, FCPR asset management company.

Karine Gras started her career as an auditor at Mazars. In 1997 she joined Fonds Propres (Equity Capital), an entity within the Crédit Agricole Group, as Head of Accounting and became Chief Financial Officer in 2005. She has been the Head of Administration and Finance for IDIA since 1 January 2009.
Karine has a degree in chartered accountancy from ESCEM business and management school.

Eric Le Cann joined the IDIA team in December 2008. He began his legal career with the Even cooperative group and went on to join Pomona, a food retail specialist, in 2000.
Eric has a postgraduate degree in agrifood law from Paris I University, Panthéon Sorbonne.

Olivier de Pelet joined the Private Equity arm of Crédit Agricole in 1982 to focus on private equity activities in the agri-foods, cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.
Prior to this, he worked at Lever Industriel as an Engineering Consultant in the area of agri-foods and as a Product Manager.
Olivier de Pelet graduated from the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon in Agro-engineering. He also holds a degree in Economics, a DESCF (post-graduate diploma in accounting and finance) and is a qualified financial analyst (SFAF).

Arnaud Pradier joined the Private Equity arm of Crédit Agricole in 1998 as an Agri-foods Engineering Consultant and worked on business and industrial audit assignments.
Since 2000, he has been an Investment Manager in Private Equity, working on specialised financing deals.
He began his career at Nestlé France in the production management division.
Arnaud Pradier graduated in Agro-Engineering from the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon and holds both a CESA Finance diploma and a DEA (post-graduate diploma) in Economics.

Paul Charrin moved back to Idia in January 2008. He started his career in auditing before becoming an investment analyst, first at Banque NSM and then at Banque Worms. He first joined Idia in 1990 as Investment Manager and in 1997 became Investment Director at IDI where he helped to launch the mezzanine financing business and organise the sale of IPBM to General Electric Real Estate France. Paul Charrin holds a Masters degree in management from Paris IX Dauphine University.

In 2002, Henri Corbel joined the Private Equity arm of Crédit Agricole to focus on agricultural, land and vineyard investments.
His first assignment within the Crédit Agricole group was in the agricultural financing sector in 1976.
In 1981 he worked in Company Management, provided financing to companies in the wine and spirits sector.
Henri Corbel trained in Agriculture and Business Management.

Sophie Dano joined Idia in March 2008 as Director in charge of marketing. She began her career at Crédit Chimique, where she was in charge of relations with foreign banks, and then served as an account officer for corporate clients at several banks. After acquiring experience in corporate banking and structured finance, she joined IDI in 1998 as Marketing Manager in charge of Origination of Investment Opportunities. Sophie Dano holds a postgraduate degree from Institut d’Administration des Entreprises in Paris.

Nicolas Lambert joined Idia in April 2009 having started out as a banking and investment fund auditor with Deloitte. In 1999, he joined Carvest, the Crédit Agricole Group’s regional venture capital subsidiary, and in 2002 was appointed Investment Director. He then joined Siparex in 2007 where he was in charge of the investment business in Italy. Nicolas Lambert is a graduate of Audencia (formerly Ecole Supérieure de Commerce) in Nantes.

Antonia Lambert-Alcantara joined IDIA in March 2005 to focus on Expansion Capital investments.
She joined Crédit Lyonnais in 1995 as an Engineering Consultant in agri-foods within the Equity Research department where she worked on agri-food assignments on behalf of the Group's different business lines. 
She began her career at the Permanent Assembly of the French Chambers of Agriculture as a Special Consultant before moving to Natexis where she carried out research in the agri-foods sector.
Antonia Lambert-Alcantara graduated from the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon in Agro-engineering and holds a PhD in Agro-economics.

Catherine Bouchard joined the Crédit Agricole group in 1994 (Uniger and then Unipar). She was in charge of managing agricultural groups, gradually disposing of their assets and creating new investment structures. Previously she was Head of the Legal and Labour Law department at the CNJA (French national centre of young farmers).
She began her career at Compagnie Boussac Saint Frère as Attaché to the CEO. 
Catherine Bouchard holds a DESS (specialised post-graduate diploma) from the IAE Paris with a concentration in Finance and is a graduate of the IHEDREA (Institute of Rural Law and Agro-economics).

Manuel Leal joined IDIA in 2005 as an Associate.
He began his career at Crédit Lyonnais as a Credit Analyst focusing on large corporations.   
In 2002 he worked at Crédit Lyonnais Americas in New York in the Bank and Financial Relations department where he drafted credit and financing documents for investment banks and their subsidiaries. He moved back to France in 2003 and joined the Direction Régionale Entreprise de Paris as a Credit Analyst focusing on corporate banks.
He graduated from the ESSEC business school, majoring in Corporate Finance.

Fabrice Lemarchand joined IDIA in March 2008.
He began his career as an asset manager with Compagnie Financière E. de Rothschild. He later worked as a mergers and acquisitions consultant for Crédit Agricole Indosuez in Italy.
In 2002, he joined Sodica Corporate Finance as account manager where he also handled advisory assignments in the retailing, agrifood, health and business services sectors.
Fabrice Lemarchand has a Masters degree in management science and a postgraduate degree in corporate finance and financial engineering from Paris Dauphine University.

Jacques Simon joined Idia in April 2009. He began his career in 1997 as a corporate banking account manager in Crédit Agricole Indosuez's Hong Kong subsidiary. In 1999, he joined Ucabail where he was in charge of back office operations (excluding invoicing) for real estate leasing. In 2000, he became an account manager at UI Gestion, Crédit Agricole Group’s venture capital fund management company, before joining Crédit Agricole Private Equity’s LBO & Development division in 2004. Jacques Simon is a graduate of Institut des Hautes Etudes de Droit Rural et d’Economie Agricole and has a postgraduate degree in company management from Institut Supérieur de Gestion.

Cédric Fontaine joined Idia as an associate in September 2009.
He began his career in 2001 at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a banking and investment fund auditor.
In 2005 he joined the General Audit Division of Groupe Caisse d’Epargne, serving as an auditor and adviser in various affiliates.
In 2006 he moved to the Private Equity and Finance business segment of the Crédit Agricole Group as Head of internal audit. A graduate of ESC Grenoble, Cédric Fontaine holds an economics degree from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.

Olivier Frayssinier joined Idia on May 2008 as an associate. He began his career in 2005 as a special advisor with Crédit Agricole Centre France, where he led a number of projects in the field of credit risk management (Basel II) and commitments. Paul Lambert joined IDIA in November 2005 as an Associate focusing on agricultural, vineyard and forestry investments. He began his career at the Caisse Régionale de Savoie in 2003, charged with applying the new criteria of the Basel II agreement to the specificities of the agricultural sector.
Paul Lambert graduated from the Ecole Supérieur d'Agriculture, Angers in Agro-engineering majoring in Agricultural Finance.

Alessia Amighetti joined Idia in November 2007. She started her career with Intesa San Paolo, in the Calyon representative office, where she served as account manager in charge of relations with the Regional Banks. In 2006, she joined Crédit Agricole’s Venture Capital and Finance division as Communications and Marketing Manager. Alessia Amighetti has a Doctorate in foreign languages and literature from Statale University in Milan.

Anthony Piveron joined Idia’s middle office in 2006. He started out at the Crédit Agricole Group in 2002 as treasurer in the Equity Capital Division (UI), then joined the middle office of Crédit Agricole Private Equity where he was in charge of the Development Capital – LBO Business Unit. Anthony Piveron has a Masters degree in economics from Limoges University as well as a postgraduate degree in financial engineering from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
